Welcome to Lone Star Retreat; your home away from home!

This spacious and inviting log cabin sleeps up to 8 people.  Located 10 minutes from the main parkway in Pigeon Forge at stop light #3 Wears Valley Road/Waldens Creek Road.

Situated in a private neighborhood on a flat wooded lot with level parking, no steep roads and the cabins are not on top of each other.  This is the perfect choice if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but still enjoy a cabin close to many attractions.

★OWNER'S CLOSET★

There is a locked owner's closet in the master bathroom.  Accessing or tampering with this closet in any way is strictly prohibited. 

★GUEST'S ACCESS★

Except for the locked owner's closet, the cabin is exclusively yours during your rental period, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.  The front door has a Schlage electronic smart lock.  You will receive your door code 24-48 hours before your arrival and it will only work during your stay.

★★★OTHER THINGS TO NOTE★★★

★Minimum age to book is 25 years old.  The person booking the reservation must review and digitally sign the Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking.  A copy of a government issued photo I.D. by the signer is due within 48 hours of  booking.

★There will be a refundable $400 security deposit required for all bookings.  This will be done as a "HOLD" on the guest's credit card 5 days before your scheduled arrival date and is released within 7 days of your booking end date less any damages or excessive cleaning fees.

★Check-in/out:  Check-in is 4pm EST.  Check-out is not later than 11am EST.  There are no check-ins/check-outs on holidays. In order to allow the cleaners ample time to ensure the cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before/after each guest stay, we do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs.

★Smoking:  This is a NONsmoking cabin to include vaping and hookah use inside/outside the cabin.  

★Parking:  Parking on concrete driveway with space for three regular sized vehicles.  No parking on the grass.

★Parties/Events:  Absolutely no parties, events, loud noises or any lewd behavior allowed at the cabin.

★Security Cameras:  There is a ring doorbell located at the front door that overlooks the front of the cabin and the driveway. There is one exterior camera on the right side of cabin overlooking the septic leach field area. There is one exterior camera at the top right side back deck that overlooks the firepit area. The cameras are for the protection and quality of the property. All 3 cameras actively records picture, sound and motion. Please do not touch or tamper with the cameras or turn off the WiFi.  Violation of this will result in a $300 fee, immediate termination of your booking with no refund and removal from the property.  **There are absolutely no cameras inside the cabin.***  

★Pets/Animals:  Pets and animals of any kind are NOT allowed.  Some of my family members and guests are allergic to pet dander.  Please be considerate and make alternate plans for your fur babies.     

★Wildlife and Pests:  We have regular monthly pest control service, however the cabin is located in the wilderness and with that comes bugs to include but not limited to yellow jackets, carpenter ants, ladybugs and other wildlife.  Please remain aware and practice bear safety.  Keep all doors locked, do not leave any food outside, and place trash in the provided closed garbage containers.
